AAA Washington is looking for an ANALYST to join our team!
Are you a data junkie with experience extracting and analyzing data to support a business group within an organization? AAA Washington is looking for an Analyst to provide travel and automotive services leadership with key decision support in the form of business, financial, sales and operational analysis and reporting in an effort to improve business processes and enhance overall member satisfaction. This position will provide support for the Automotive Services, Call Center, Dispatch and Travel departments located in Bellevue, Washington.
The Business Analyst will collaborate with the leadership team to define, deliver and maintain analysis and reporting solutions, creating standardized analytics and reporting formats. In this role, you will review the data, perform the analysis and make consultative business recommendations when and where appropriate. Areas in need of analytic support are: Emergency Road Service productivity, fleet staffing and service levels, member accounts and Travel Services operations as identified. In addition, you may be challenged with leading cross-functional teams to improve the efficiencies and effectiveness of the operation.

Summary of Experience and Education
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in business management, data science, or related field.
Three to five years business analytics experience.
Experience working with senior leadership preferred.
Tableau experience preferred.

High level of computer literacy to include spreadsheets, word processing and database management and reporting.
Skill in analyzing information, problems, situations, practices or procedures to define the problem or identify patterns and relationships.
Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
Ability to adjust style and approach to suit situations that involve rapidly changing tasks, shifting priorities, simultaneous demands or transitions into new assignments.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing, including effective use of listening skills.
Able to make timely and sound decisions, understanding the impact and implications and providing feedback on outcomes.
Skill in working as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues, motivating others to action, establishing rapport and gaining the trust of others.
