Experience in troubleshooting Windows based machines
Knowledge in supporting Microsoft Windows 2003/2008/2012 Servers..
Understanding of networking and routing
Firewall design and management knowledge
Manage client monitoring software for health checks, hardware failures, etc.
Manage Windows Updates and implement scheduled maintenance on servers for all customers
Support and Troubleshoot Windows desktops and servers, Mac OSX, tablets and smartphones
Recommend computer technology solutions to businesses
Manage multiple clients and projects at the same time
Troubleshoot issues and maintain accurate documentation for all steps and activities taken to resolve issues
Experience configuring and implementing Microsoft Servers and basic networking
Strong communication, organization and troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer service skills a must
Dedicated team player
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Valid WA state drivers license
