Vybrant is a dynamic and cutting-edge software development services company. We are US based, growing rapidly and looking for a talented account manager to sustain and expand our business. This role is a combination of account management, business development and sales with well-defined goals. It requires attention to details, innovative thought and strategic vision, balanced with practical implementation and customer needs. Ideally, you are a motivated self-starter comfortable selling into C-level executives and other diverse business leaders. You have excellent communication skills and well-established portfolio of clients/accounts, full of meaningful strategic partnerships for high growth. You will primarily be responsible for managing and growing our largest account (T-Mobile). Your Responsibilities: Build and grow relationships with T-Mobile leaders and generate leads for new positions. Build consulting projects or staffing positions pipeline and work with Vybrant leadership team on day to day basis to close these positions. Schedule calls & meetings with customers. Work in a goal based mode to grow the T-Mobile account and focus on new account acquisition and revenue growth strategies; Connect with leaders of potential customers via email, phone call, LinkedIn and attending events. Create proposals/ responses to RFPs and driving these engagements throughout their implementation cycle; Work closely with upper management team to identify and engage potential clients at both executive and operational levels; Work collectively to develop a target list of companies and own responsibility for putting partnerships (MSAs) with them in place. Your Qualifications: 5+ years of I.T account management, business development experience using personal connections, social media, online & LinkedIn; Proven ability to collaborate and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives; Demonstrated effectiveness working cross-functionally & across multiple business units; High threshold for working and thriving in an ambiguous, fast paced environment – figuring it out and adapting as you go; Entrepreneurial spirit with track record for successfully delivering measurable results; Strong presentation and communication skills (including excellent and creative written work); Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Your Bonus Skills: Strong ownership and bias for action with the ability to internalize goals and work independently to create action plans for achieving them; Analytical orientation and strong inclination toward data-driven decision-making. Preferred Qualifications: MBA or equivalent
