GENERAL SUMMARY: This team member's primary responsibilities will include: - Support and triage of service requests, primarily relating to technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications and operating systems - Basic technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security - Basic remote access solution implementation and support - Utilize remote monitoring and management system alerts/notifications, and respond accordingly via service tickets - Support of disaster recovery solutions - System documentation, maintenance and review - Communication with customers as required: effectively communicating incident progress, notification of impending changes or agreed outages Additional Duties and Responsibilities: - Constantly improving customer service, positive public perception, and client satisfaction - Fast turnaround time for customer requests - Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively and efficiently - Work with the Service Coordinator to ensure requests are routed to the proper resource in order to be resolved quickly and efficiently - Escalate service requests appropriately that require high-level engineer support Requirements: - At least three years of relevant experience (IT and/or Customer Service - MSP preferred) - Exceptional communication skills - Microsoft Windows 7/8+ and Server 2008+ - Microsoft Office Suite 2010+ and Office 365 - Backup Technologies (Datto, Veeam, StorageCraft) - Antivirus - Software deployment technologies - Basic Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, Subnetting) - Remote access technologies (VPN, Terminal Services, Remote Apps, VDI) - Authorization to work in the U.S. Ideally you will also have: - 4-year Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) - Prior MSP experience - Relevant certifications (MCP, CCNA, etc.) - Ticketing tools/CRMs experience (ConnectWise) Benefits: - Medical - Dental - Vision - Matching 401k retirement plan - Paid Vacation - Salary - DOE $40-80k
